I am very excited to announce that the first of just a handful of some exciting workshops are here!

My Happy, Healthy Pregnancy workshops are a three part series running over three consecutive weeks throughout November at The Space, Karratha.

These workshops will run from 9am - 10.30am and will cover:

1. Exercise during pregnancy (Sunday 13th Nov)

2. Nutrition throughout pregnancy (Saturday 19th Nov)

3. Returning to exercise and Nutrition for the lactating Mumma (Saturday 26th Nov)

When pregnant it can be daunting and confusing as to how to safely move and effectively nourish your body. This intimate and interactive three part series has been designed to provide the new and/or expecting Mumma with a better understanding of exercise and nutrition throughout pregnancy, whilst sharing experiences and answering some burning questions. It will also cover the importance of nutrition in breast-feeding mothers. Each attendee will walk away feeling empowered and more confident in the exercise and nutrition choices that they make throughout their pre natal journey. 

Not only will you spend the morning learning how to effectively nourish yourself and your little one with like minded others, you will also receive a coffee, tea or juice (your choice!) to enjoy during the workshop from our friends at empire6714! You will also get to sample some of Balance Fitness and Nutrition’s tasty, wholesome treats.
