CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
Ingredients
Peanut Base:
1/2 cup natural nut paste (Mayvers)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Chocolate Top:
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
Method
For the peanut base, melt the coconut oil and mix the nut butter and stir well
Pour this mixture into the moulds until about half full
For the chocolate top, again, mix the coconut oil and then stir in all other ingredients
Pour this mix onto the top of the peanut base
Set in the freezer
If you wish to sweeten it a little, add some rice malt syrup or vanilla essence. If you have peanut allergies, substitute for almond paste or any other nut spread, that doesn't contain peanuts
