Hi! i’M bROOKE. THANKS FOR STOPPING BY.
I’m Brooke! Professionally I’m an international keynote speaker & writer, nutritionist, exercise scientist, presenter, writer & personal trainer. Personally I’m a Mum of two, ocean goer, sun seeker, adventure enthusiast and lover of all things health, fitness and the great outdoors! In my spare time you’ll find me with my family or friends out on the boat, at the beach or working up a sweat in some way shape or form!
I believe in striving for a balanced approach to healthy, active living – for long term PHYSICAL and MENTAL well-being and results. This means eating and moving in a way that is fun, enjoyable and sustainable - because exercise shouldn’t be used as punishment or seen as a chore and food isn’t good, bad or forbidden, but to be enjoyed in moderation. I specialise in pre and post natal exercise and nutrition, educating and empowering women & FitPros working with women to move safely & effectively throughout pregnancy and post partum.
To inspire women across the globe to recognise that healthy, active living need not be a hindrance but a habit.
To educate and empower women and fitness professionals working with women to understand the importance of safe and effective exercise and nutrition throughout pregnancy and the post natal period. You can check out my Happy, Healthy Pregnancy eGuides HERE.

Is there such a thing as balance? YES! I believe that YES you can achieve balance. You might not be there for long, but you can certainly strive for it. Balance is in a constant state of flux and needs to be continually adjusted in order to maintain it.
What does Balance mean to you? And how do you feel when things are ‘balanced?’. Consider it as that inner level of contentment, calmness or peace. You may not realise you were in that space until it is lost.
And you will most certainly know what balance isn’t – or more how it feels. It’s that tightness in your chest, the inability to fall and stay asleep at night, that inner witch in you coming out and snapping at your kids or partner, that lowered mental state or self confidence, loss of mojo or reaching for less nourishing food and drinks.
This is why I founded my Balance Cycle and STRIVE Program – encompassing the FOUR KEY ELEMENTS that enable us to lead a healthy, active, happy and balanced lifestyle. Every single one of my programs incorporate these key elements – making them a complete LIFESTYLE guide. These are the very values that I live by. I aim to bring about that self awareness in others to continually ‘Self-Check’ to identify what element is lacking vs dominating and where we need to transfer our energy in order to feel a more balanced. It all comes down to the four key elements…
MOVEMENT – how we move our bodies.
MINDSET – our mood, the mindset that we operate in and our self talk. Knowing when we need alone time, time outdoors or with others. That inner self awareness and mental grit.
NUTRITION – how we fuel our bodies.
SLEEP – quality and quantity.
I cannot remember a time in my life when I haven’t been physically active. I live and breathe a heathy, active balanced lifestyle and love helping others do the same. From competing at a state level in sports as a child, internationally as a fitness model, my experience as a trainer, instructor and presenter to becoming a Mum and everything in between. I am forever setting myself goals, keeping active, combining my love for the great outdoors with physical activity, seeking discomfort which I know in return will lead results, improved mental grit and personal growth.
I have a signature style of training – one that I refer to as HYBRID. It is unique to myself and my online and face to face STRIVE and Happy, Healthy Pregnancy programs. I love training with intensity and keeping workouts and ways of moving varied (it’s the key to success right!). Think of it as CrossFit meets HIIT, all mixed in with a good dash of cardio, body weight, circuits and resistance training.
So whether you are a new or expecting Mum – I get it, I’ve been there. I know how overwhelming, confusing and conflicting the information can be on how to move and eat during and post pregnancy. Let me take the confusion out of it and educate and empower you with my Happy, Healthy Pregnancy eGuides.
