Throughout this session we will take a look at participant’s relationship with food, confusion around fad diets today, and what dietary choices are right for them. For most, weight gain and nutrition choices come down to their food behaviors and psychology. Learn how to set yourself up for success by identifying the type of relationship you have with food.
