CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients

Peanut Base:

  • 1/2 cup natural nut paste (Mayvers)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Chocolate Top:

  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

Method

  • For the peanut base, melt the coconut oil and mix the nut butter and stir well

  • Pour this mixture into the moulds until about half full

  • For the chocolate top, again, mix the coconut oil and then stir in all other ingredients

  • Pour this mix onto the top of the peanut base

  • Set in the freezer

If you wish to sweeten it a little, add some rice malt syrup or vanilla essence. If you have peanut allergies, substitute for almond paste or any other nut spread, that doesn't contain peanuts
