Small Group and Personal Training

I offer small group (2-4 people) and one on one training sessions. These are perfect if you need that extra push in your training or more assistance to help you reach your goals.

Why not get your best mates in on the action too and sign up for a small group PT package and train together! My sessions are challenging but enjoyable and will be tailored to your own health fitness and weight loss goals. Sessions are 45 minutes and guaranteed to get you results.

For best results I recommend combining your personal training sessions with a BFN Nutrition Plan. All PT sessions include regular measurements and weigh-ins at no extra cost.

Competition Preparation Packages

My approach to competition prep is that of a balanced one; giving flexibility in macros, avoiding elimination of complete foods groups, keeping your diet nutrient dense and varied to maximize your overall health and energy levels.

These packages are designed for those wanting to compete in fitness / bikini / body building / physique competitions. Prep packages range from 8, 10 and 12 weeks depending on your current conditioning. We will discuss post comp goals and reverse dieting where you will be given a four-week plan to help you post competition.

 Packages include;

  • Ongoing training programs + regular changes as required
  • Full nutrition and supplement plans, with macro breakdown + regular changes as required
  • Weekly email updates & check-ins
  • 4 weekly skinfold checks + face to face or online Skype reviews
  • ‘Peak Week’ Protocol - Final preparation week before comp - posing advice, hair & make-up, bikini etc.
