There is so much conflicting advice. From what you see your favourite #InstaMum and her bump or baby doing vs what google says vs what a GP would recommend.
And unfortunately, not every Trainer, Coach or Instructor can give safe advice.
It’s confusing huh? Well, you have come to the right place! My aim is to bring you the clarity and confidence you seek.
This is why I put my studies, training and knowledge to use and made it my mission to develop a one stop shop covering everything from exercise to nutrition for new and expecting Mums, to help women like you to remain fit, healthy & active *both safely and effectively* during pregnancy & beyond!
