OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients
1 x scoop Maxine’s Burn protein powder
40g rolled oats
15g Chia seeds
250ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
Method:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well
Soak overnight and leave in the fridge to enjoy the next morning.
Alternately mix in the morning and cook in the microwave for a warm winter breaky.
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and berries.
