As a mother of two (with my third on the way!) I have trained HUNDREDS of women through both my online and face to face programs through their single, twin and even QUAD pregnancies, post partum journeys and into grandparenthood!

I know that no ONE journey is the same. I pride myself on being an expert in exercise for pregnancy and motherhood - no matter how far into the ‘hood a woman is.

WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING WOMEN THROUGH THEIR PREGNANCY OR MOTHERHOOD…

It is NOT a case of go hard or go home for pregnant and post natal women.

There is no such thing as a PRE BABY BODY. But that’s not to say a Mum can't or won't regain her strength and fitness - safely.

ALL Mums matter.

The post partum period is FOREVER.

YOU are in a unique position to educate and empower your client!

The Key Questions You Need To Be Asking Your Post Natal Clients, and Why.

Online Short Course!

Personal training female clients that have recently given birth is an incredibly rewarding experience, but it requires a unique set of considerations.

When it comes to screening, programming and training postnatal clients, it isn’t sufficient for them to simply complete standard pre-exercise questionnaires.

As a trainer, you need to unearth vital information in order to be able to adequately assess, and then effectively and safely program for your postnatal client.

This is why I created my short course The Key Questions You Need To Be Asking Your Post Natal Clients, and Why.

A course that is Fitness Australia approved and will get you 1 CEC if you are a registered exercise professional with Fitness Australia!
