Try this beaut after dinner treat that is just like a chocolate pudding... Only guilt free
What you need:
- 1 scoop Maxine's Burn night time protein (chocolate)
- 100g natural yoghurt (chobani is a great option)
- 5g ground flax meal
- 1/4 Maxine's burn bar - cookies and cream flavor
Add the protein powder and flax meal to the yoghurt and mix well. Leave to set in the fridge for 15 minutes. To serve, top with the chopped up Maxine's bar, berries or coconut flakes.
