Balance is something that we all strive for in life whether it be a balance between work/life, friends/family, save/spend, or all of the above. It is in a constant state flux which we actively need to be work on in order to maintain it. When one aspect of our life is out of balance we can feel anxious, depressed, stressed, tired, overwhelmed, lack of self-esteem and motivation (does this sound like you?). It happens to all of us. There is no magic pill when it comes to a happy, healthy, active & balanced lifestyle.

Brooke lives by her four key elements that make up her well known BALANCE CYCLE; MOVEMENT, MOOD, NUTRITION and SLEEP. You can't have one of these spot on and expect all of the other elements to fall into place. These key elements are what we each have within our immediate control and can positively or negatively influence.
